Our house is built into the side of a cliff (Cat Mountain) and is about 35' above street level.
This is our view out the front. The lot across from us (to the left of the flat roof house) is an easement and will never be built on. You can see a bit of Lake Austin and the Colorado river - does not show up too well in this picutre.
This is the view from the house looking east.
This is our west view, just got lucky with the drama clouds.
